When will my monthly box be shipped?
We ship on the 10th of each month. This date is know as the 'cutoff' date. If you sign up before the cutoff, you will join the regular shipments and have your first box posted on the 10th.
Anyone who signs up before the 25th will still have that month's box shipped to them and will join the regular shipping cycle the following month.
When will my account be charged?
Your first bill for Myscent will be charged upon subscribing and will cover the next shipment. After this, members are billed on a monthly basis, on the 20th of each month. If you have signed up after the cutoff date, which is the 10th of each month, but before the 25th of the month you will still receive that months box and be re-billed ten days after your first box is shipped, to cover the next month's shipment.
What plans do you offer?
Currently we only offer a month-to-month subscription.
How much does shipping cost?
The total price includes tracked domestic postage Australia wide.
When will my perfume arrive?
Orders are shipped out on the 10th of each month and take approximately 2-6 business days to arrive.
New members who join between the 10th and the 25th will have that month's box shipped to them within seven days of signing up. You will receive an email notice once your box is shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. Your tracking number will be uploaded to your account and a shipment confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
Can I ship to a friend?
Yes absolutely! Simply go to your account settings and change your address before the 10th of the month and your box will be shipped to the new address. Please note that all future orders will be shipped to this address if it is not changed back. You may also purchase a new subscription under a different name and address.
What should I expect to receive?
Myscent is a luxury fragrance subscription. You should expect to receive a variety of niche and designer perfumes, giving you a month's worth of samples. To avoid giving you something you may have already sampled in the past, we tend to focus on new releases and perfume that is hard to get a hold of. Our aim is to introduce you to new scents each month. We also take the season and time of year into account when preparing each month's box to ensure that the fragrances are suitable for the time of year.
What if I don't like my perfume?
We try our best to offer a variety of fragrances to ensure that there is something for everyone. There may be instances where you are unhappy with the selection of sample we have sent you. We encourage you to contact us and give us feedback on each month's box. We are continuously trying to improve our service and appreciate all feedback. You can get in touch by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling out the feedback form that is sent to you after each month's box.
How do I get my monthly discount voucher?
A discount voucher comes with each box, therefore they are automatically given to members on a monthly basis.
How often can I use my discount?
Your perfume discount voucher can be used once per month. Each month you will receive a new voucher, which is redeemable at www.cityperfume.com.au.
How does my Cityperfume discount voucher work?
Your monthly Cityperfume voucher contains a unique code that can be entered during checkout at www.cityperfume.com.au to obtain a discount. For full terms and conditions please check the back of the voucher.
I've accidentally signed up for the wrong gender. How can I change this?
Simply login and go to 'My account' and click edit under 'Your subscriptions' There you will have the option of changing your subscription terms.
Can I sign up for multiple subscriptions?
Absolutely, you can add additional subscriptions to your account. Each subscription can be sent to a different address.
Is this perfume authentic?
All our fragrances are 100% authentic. We only deal with licensed distributors to ensure that the fragrances are of the highest quality. We do not deal with parallel imports or grey market stock.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the product we are not able to offer returns.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the product refunds are not accepted.
Can I buy full sized bottles?
Myscent only offers perfume samples. If you are interested in purchasing a full size bottle, you can visit our partner website www.cityperfume.com.au for a wide selection of designer, luxury and niche fragrances.
